Frame and Wheel in Cambridge will be able to straighten that out very easily, and in a faster time and for a lower cost than an ebay one. Although, it wont be new, it will be close to it.

the scary stories Ive herd about buying local, mainly price wise (I Know I should) to me its worth the risk to the likes of ebay if it can save me money, that link look interesting thanks worth investigating.

It cost nothing to get a quote.
I had two radiators done by F&W, which were bent and leaking and it cost $120 for both. You have one radiator which is bent but not? leaking.
I still maintain they could do it faster and for a lower price than a chinese ebay one.

theres a youtube vid (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Abl78E_6TcI) on how to untwist/straighten radiators.

doesn't actually look like rocket science.
