Yes it is... Nice enough bike, but heavy as shit and sluggish. Also didn't like the clip-on style bars.

Still on the original tyres too, but got it cheap so didn't think it'd be worth getting new ones for what would be most likely a short-term first full-license bike. Even had fuel gauge and gear indicator, plus centre stand...

Too many electrical problems though, so I sold it.
