you know the one-its been sitting in yr basement from the 80's...not the later model design -wtf were they thinking!

im refeering to the earlier 'motostar' helmets of the mx variety that had the two rows of 4/5 shark like gills side by side in the mouth piece with a fluted dome clip cap peak on top....they were a pretty common ( nz made ? ) helmet that usually retailed around the $100 mark when new......interior padding let them down, however they rocked the mx look unlike the soft/mellow designs avail today that are mostly undesirable in comparison

Aaaaaah yes, good old Kiwi Tupperware openface, with a chin bar riveted on .......

yrs looks like what im after-the front of it rings true but im sure from memory the peak was slotted as well on the 'motostar' ones,oh well.....size and price for yrs=?

If that reply was aimed at me - I did say my Bell M3 wasn't mint. That's a pic off the web. Also the interior foam has disintegrated , so it wouldn't be safe to use. With a repaint it would be ok for display only
