Today I ride about 10kms from work to home and I turned the key off when I get home, but the bike engine seems to be still running with a strange noise.
It is quite hot today and there were a lot traffic on the road so I had to ride very very slowly on gear 1-2.
The noise went on for about 10 secs then it's gone. I turned on the key again, start engine and turn it off, no more noises.
Has anyone seen this situation before?

Most likely your fan, which can run after you turn the bike off.

Going slow on a bike means less air over the radiator, less air over the radiator mean the bike gets hotter.
If the engine was too hot (usually 100 degrees, boiling temp) when switched off it could cause issues, usually a fan will stay on until the coolant temp drops back below 100 degrees.

Buells run for about 3 1/2 hours after you turn the key off.

Or the fuel whistling through the breather on the cap.
All Kwakas do it especially when it's warm

...open the cap and the noise goes away, we had one parked in our driveway a while ago, some weird noise coming from the tank area, Anne picked up on what it was before anyone else.
