I have a 2004 Suzuki GSX-250 Intruder sports bike. One of the two plugs isn't sparking. The previous owner thought it was a CDI problem, but using a multimeter I found no connection between two of the 3 trigger coil connections. After swapping the wires in the 3-pin connector and was able to make the other plug spark, while the first one stopped working (swapped order). Does it seem like the trigger coil is dead or could it be something else?
