Killinger and Freund like George said, I found it by searching the Megola as that's what I thought it would be going by the engine in the front wheel

That's what I was thinkin of. Could not remember his name.
The reverse Google is impossible, the interwebs has changed since I found those links, never shall I walk the same path again, never shall my 1's and 0's be exactly the same.
Any hoo. Great find. I've been pondering how many ways it could cause a stoppie & what it feels like to steer a bike with a 50kg front wheel on the throttle.
