hey ya what would the process be about getting my 2002 r6 revinned or re registered.
I brought it as a insurance right off so ive fixed it up, bent forks brakes and bent broken frame, ive replaced the frame with one that i brought from a bike wrecker in the u.s.a which has a vin number and i also have the vin plate and pics of the vin number on the old broken bike frame.

Would i just get the new vin number put on the old vin or is it more complicated also how much would it cost for the revin already know cost of rego etc thanks in advance

I haven't done a bike for ages but you may find you have a big issue. It used to be that the frame was concidered to be a chasis. Ie it WAS the bike. so change frame and you have changed the bike SO you need dertegistration paperwork for the BIKE from America and vin the bike as a fresh import.
