Earlier in the week I got an insurance-written-off 1987 FZR250. It has moderate LHS damage, the most concerning of which is the steel water coolant pipe that runs from the water pump to the engine. I was bent and took the pump housing down with it. I found a new pump housing, but the steel pipe is proving as elusive as a reliable Hyosung. Does anybody specialise in Yamy bits, or know how I can improvise (the pipe was bent. I 'unbent' it with oxy-acetalene, but the profile was not able to be recreated).
Thanks in advance
