Wellington rental unit needed fairly urgently - mid January!

Wondering if any of you good Wellingtonians would know of/ have a 2 bedroom unit for rent around the Porirua or surrounding area. A lovely and good hearted lady I work with here in the Waikato is moving down to Wellington with her bloke (sorry dudes) in mid January and they haven't found anywhere to live yet. It's sort of a bike related request as the bloke has scootered around town here for a few years :laugh:

We've got a 1 bedroom place on the terrace in Wellington city. My wife and I lived there for 4 years before we bought a house last month. It has a view of the city, and you can't hear the neighbours. There's a carport next to the house, which we were allowed to park the motorbike under.

We still have a lease on the place, and we really need to find someone! Let me know your budget, and if you would be interested.

I don't know their budget & it's probably a little further from the job than they would prefer but if you pm me your mobile & the approx time remaining on the lease I'll pass it onto her & you can discuss it with her directly. I see it as possibly very good interim solution for both of you :)
