Yes Shaun, Grant streams the whole day live and makes indervidual races available for purchase afterwards.

Yes Shaun, Grant streams the whole day live and makes indervidual races available for purchase afterwards.
afterwards each race can be purchased for $2.50 and you can watch it for 30 days,or $20 for the whole days racing or you can get it on a dvd.
on the day it's free. hopefully each program will have a QR code in it so those at the track can follow it on the day and send it to their mates and follow it at other rounds they may not be at.

I see Spyda finally found Dave Annan to co-commentate for the sidecars, was funny listening to the possibilities of where he was(had a lot to do with beer heh)
Rhys Holmes sounded a bit sqeaky :)

And did a fantastic job of holding the rig there.....
There were 80+ people logged on for the Superbikes.... I wasn't too disapointed with not seeing the video as we still had the live timing to watch.
I have watched F1 like that in the past when TV hasn't shown it and am used to watching numbers on a screen to judge a race.... EJC was the same.
So I'm wondering if we ever get another couple of loops in the track so Mylaps can do Sector Splits?
Maybe a dream too far, but you never know.....

...Ctas...fantastic...wasn't all that long ago when it took hours or days to find out if your mate won or broke his bike or body, if they were racing away...and waiting for confirmation on international stuff was even harder...and Spyda is the cream on top...NZ's Murray Walker...

Rhys haa a lot of knowledge to share and I was more than happy to have him join us.
As for going awol it's too big a job for one perwpn at this level, I did th best I could but needed to have a leak and a breather so was glad when o got help
. Apprpx 1/3 of the riders made the effort to fill out commentators sheets shows you how much they value the role it takes on the day and supporting their sponsors eh?

Your history knowledge is pretty good yourself Spyda.
Commentating would be a bloody hard job ? I take it you do it for love.
I reckon they should give you a fridge of beer and a dunny, it'd just get better as the day went on.

they all came up among others when i asked at riders briefing, as for giving them a reduced entry it's a sport, why can't they spend a spare hour to help THEIR sport without the need to get a few dollars?
I get a bit of coin to do the nationals, not enough to pay my ferry as it sits, but it is what i asked for and i'm happy, my business takes a hit while i'm away too, but that's my sacrifice to get forced to watch my sport from the best seat in the house.
I've got 18 meetings booked in so far this year, without the other meetings i want to do out of interest but that's what i want to do.

Mate - you sure do a better job than that Phil Dark. Cant understand why he is still on tele comentating on local NZ motorsport.
Good on ya. Another contributor to the sport without having your hand out....

I do Road Racing and the odd rally, nothing else and that's what I follow. I've never watched a game of rugby, cricket or any other sports for that matter whereas Phil Dark has a whole host of sports he covers it's his job.
If phil followed road racing only he'd be ten times the commentator I am so I think you need to put that into the equation.
Phil flew to levels about three years ago as on track commentator, on his weekend off and at his own expense, and did a great job too, it was a pleasure to have him there.
remember also when i'm doing it I have the whole thing to watch and pick up what I see with the live timing and results in front of me, he has to commentate on what's on the screen, no easy feat i'd imagine...
