I'm not out partying tonight because I read on here that seeing as I'm over 30 I'm fucked. Actually, I'm painting the kitchen. Sad, huh?
Anyways, I was thinking. What was your favourite thread in 2013? What was the best post in 2013? Nominate away & I'll add to the first post, if you provide a link, or a quote which can be followed.
Smokeu posted something the other day that two members subsequently pseudo-nominated, so I'll start the POTY list with that;
Post Of The Year 2013 Nominations
I blame the lack of driver education and wrongly targeted enforcement. 2 votes

I'd rate nodrog's posts (most of them) quite high on the nominee board. He did get plenty of reps from me this year.
Don't get me wrong but I really enjoyed Pratik's threads. Hadn't had that much of a laugh since 16YearsOldYoungbiker/ Dean, Chaos Rider, BMWArseRider, and skidmark.
I remember someone trying to sell a bike on KB (BMWArseRide?) . He tried to up sell by creating two accounts then he got busted by answering his own question.

Bogan vs Ed in the Shorai thread.
Classic reading and Bogan sure has Ed's number!
If there is any justice left in the world this has to be the winner!

No. Unlike Speedway NZ-sanctioned events, this thread has very few rules & those posting will not be subjected to superfluous testing or qualifying. Maybe EJ only read it in 2013?

A passable answer, but maximum points would have been given for the answer 'fuck off, that was nominated in 2014, so ineligible for the same reason'

I'll put that down as a second vote. There are no limits to the number of votes as there are no rules that I can think of. Rules might be added later, just like they do at SNZ.

Basically a coming of age epic, A young boy goes to live with his uncle and works the land to pay for his keep. It follows his path to manhood, and his troubled relationship with his uncle who still carries resentment against the boys now dead father.

If he got off the internet and into the workshop, we may have some interesting posts to criticise.
IMO Neil's thread re young girls and pineapple juice has it all....totally out of left field and a subject of interest to nearly all of KB.....

Drew and Alan's sidecar thread gets a highly commended for a read when I need cheering up by reminding me that shit happens to other people too.
Of course, I'm voting for myself for post of the year.
Plenty of early entries for 2014 in the Orange ST-R thread.
