would you, could you? this is where we spent Friday... watching some awesome racing with some local talent - will be up there again as soon as we can to ride some of this awesome track (or some of the other ones available)

Pah, make a weekend of it. They have basic accommodation, hosses, paintball, kayaks, all sorts.. Amazin place. I'm 45 minutes away but would love a weekend there. Do some trainin & ridin during the day & go for a fish later. On the bike. BBQ, beer & bullshit on the return. Marvelous.

Yes you are quite right, it IS the farm up old russel road - and yeah, Daniel has done a lot of work on the tracks - added some harder ones and also some more family oriented ones, as well as revamping pre-existing tracks.
The rider is his son Ryan - jammy little sod has got the crazy ass skills, he's given me a few tips and tricks when I've ridden with him and saved my bacon once or twice also....
they DO have accommodation up there which is well priced or, you can take your own gear and camp - still able to use the communal kitchens and bathrooms, well worth checking out. I have certainly become a better rider after the challenge that is the farm! haha I have also eaten shit up there :baby:

I dunno if its the same guy, but I used to ride with a Danial Hoskins about 15 years ago around the bay of plenty, back then he operated diggers and such, hmmmmmm?

He's a vet enduro rider now & I noticed in the vid more diggers than I have seen there before.. Tall, rangy bloke. He's a good lad, too. Got me right out of the poo when I took my bike snorkeling.
If you stuck a few years on the bloke loping around in the Kiwi Lamb adverts you would get a Daniel.
