There's a Pizza Delivery guy who has been in jail since the 26th of December for delivering a pizza to a pub in which was his brother in law who is a gang associate.

They're making motorcyclists strip on the side of the highway so they can check for gang tattoos. Qld Police are apparently unable to differentiate between a GSXR1000 with a fully kitted out rider and a rough '80s Softtail and a rider wearing a vest with a gang patch and a piss pot helmet. ANy more than 4 or 5 riders in a group and you will be stopped.

That Newman guy is an idiot.

Surely this is a pisstake?!

Nup.

They'll even ticket you if the windscreen-washer bottle is empty.

Or the wiper arms are painted to match the cars.

Oh my I can only imagine what a lark it must be to get a hot-rod on the road legally over there or a boi-racer type car for that matter.

And some on here whinge about the NZ 'nanny state' and how controlling it is....

We follow Australia's lead, give it a few years you'll be inforcing those laws here too a few more years & you'll be hassling anything that isn't a brand new fully automated car

My family are Tuhoe and during and after the Police raids in Urewera while some Maori were doing a spot of "Pig Hunting" - suspicion was cast amongst a lot of people regardless if you hung out with family or not. Couldn't joke about it in case you had a knock on the door very early in the morning.

Its called getting the public to do their job for them

Causing resentment and suspicion amongst them to weed out and ostracise the criminals and non conformists

Works well doesnt it

I bet the rest of the Aussie bikers are just so pleased with the actions of the staunch 'bikie gangs' who attracted the attention of the p.t.b in the 1st place...

I've got a nephew in Brisbane who rides a Night Rod - he's none to pleased! Hasn't been pulled over for the third degree yet, but several of his mates have!

Only 30 degree and he's wearing a vest instead of ATGATT? Arrest him. And burn him as a matter of course.

A vest? Well there's a crime against fashion in any court. 20 years.

That's a really good point. We only get some of his credentials (a lecturer at Canterbury) and the fact that he's written a book to support his "experten" status. Sorry, I tend to use German a bit when I write about fascists.
