At the end of the clip, click on the middle far left thumbnail. Shows a bike in far deeper water.

Those linked videos change all the time and for everyone. You'd need to get the link and post it.
Anyway, did find this one in my 'lucky dip' at the end of the video... got to wonder about the judgement of this guy (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lxQbNcuCw14#t=16).

Reminds me of the heavy rain last year, was riding to work before it was light and didn't see a puddle (creek) till I was right on top of it, doing 50 and hitting a lot of water isn't particularly fun. Later on that day one of the bridges I used was washed out.

If I were to do something like that, it would be at 20kmh. Wouldn't want to aquaplane and bin it in that water, with the engine sucking in water on its side.

I'd say the water in the first vid is not all that deep. Even doing river/ford crossings on the DR650 it takes bugger all speed to half drown yourself in your own man made tsunami.
Proper flooding is not to be messed with at speed however (anything more than about 6 inches of water).
Still remember the first time I hit deep water in a fully loaded b-train, wasn't going that quick and damn near stopped in a hurry when I hit it...

Found it, God knows what bike it is. Looks like a 150 Honda?
