In the right hands (like Aussie nutters in the Hattah Desert) it's a weapon :D

No, I won't be trying that any time soon, as my bike always needs at least one nap when riding through sand :zzzz:

Except, if you're better, you won't have to pick it up much.

I'm an expert in picking it up... a good adventure ride means I pick it up at least once

I noticed BM rider took much better lines, keeping to hard stuff, whilst follower in the loose.

Tanks have performed exceptionally well in desert conditions since WW2 - This video is inspiring though as none of the former German models weighed as much as a R1200GS. :shifty: The rider has got some talent for sure to chuck that monster around like that.

That is one thing you have to do when riding 240Kgs of bike but if you have ever ridden one on the right road and the conditions are right then they are a blast just drive on the throtle, as they say ther aint no replacement for displacement. ;););)

Still a tank.

I can fire my sons air rifle better than him. Won't be taking it to any wars though ...........

All relative.
