Riverhead forest trails

Hi,
Can dirtbikers go and ride the trails in the riverhead forest? Does anyone have any info on the trails and how to get there ect. Thanks alot. Cheers

Riverhead is private land, waitemata m/c club has access rights for organised trail rides and racing, the next trail ride is an afternoon / evening ride on 31st January, then friday 14th Feb and a day ride on sunday 31st Feb. Look on either the Waitemata club web site or Silver bullet events website.
The other obvious local place to ride is at the Sandpit in Woodhill, access 5 days a week, sand based but a huge amount of space and a good variety of terrain and man made obstacles.
Please don't ride their illegally, the club works hard to maintain access and we don't need muppets fucking it up.
