Hey guys, this is my first post.
Im new to motorbikes and have just purchased a GB250, I want to start building a brat tracker but am an absolute novice.
Before I go into a shop and make myself look retarded hipster trying to ride bikes, I thought I would take advantage of the anonymity and veteran expertise.
Anyways the tires are stock and small and have seen quite few of nice trackers with firestone tires or what look like even sized big thick tyres.
Where do I get these tyres and is there a better option I can go for on the stock rims?
Ive read that the firestones and the bigger tyres are crap for handling and n the wet.
Another question Is what size tyres can I get for the standard rim that are bigger?
Is there a better brand or a middle ground of sacrificing handling and safety in comparison to size?
I might just keep the standard tyres and powdercoat rim if its too hard, but I am very eager to spend some cash on these tyres if it possible with out changing to much.
Hope someone can help .
Cheers
