lap timer manual

Ive just bought a X Monitor lap timer,the sp1 model by DRC off trade me. Does anyone have a digital manual for it or know where I can source one? yes Ive googled it, yes Ive looked on DRC site. Been on for half an hour and cant find one.....bugger
