Hi Guys/Girls

Had a quick search through the threads found this thread "http://www.kiwibiker.co.nz/forums/archive/index.php/t-53494.html"

But nothing up to date and for Hamilton.

Currently I've visited/rung a few places in Hamilton in regards to getting a motorbike key cut and they all have said they can't do it or go to the dealer.

The bike is a 2001 ZX9r I bought the bike with only one key so pretty keen to get a backup.

Is there any where in Hamilton that people could recommend that do motorbike keys.

Thanks
Peter

I have a hyo gv250 and ppl i initially went to said they couldnt cut keys for the one i presented. so i found a set of blanks on ebay oz that sold them for something like 12$oz a pair then went to mr mint at Te Awa and did them no problem.

Theres a key/security place on the roundabout corner Te Rapa straight and Sunshine ave they were brilliant - had all the bike manuals etc who would think a Yamaha model key would fit a Triumph

I was in the same boat awhile back, needed a key cut for my Kawasaki. The only place I found that had the correct key template were 'Hamilton Locksmiths'.
Here are their contact details: http://www.hamiltonlocksmiths.net.nz/contact.htm

I've had good experiences with them as well, Boyds recommended I go there for a spare for my old bike, got one cut with no issues.
