Wanted..Bike for the kids

Hope someone out there can help......the kids have been on at me for a bike (can't really say no). They are 10 and 13 and have not ridden before. Am looking for something cheap they can learn on and then move up..clutch or auto doesnt matter...maybe someone has an XR75/80 or a PW80 etc lying around they want out of the garage...any ideas would be appreciated.. ....

You could learn on the 80 I have for sale. I started when I was 13 and I was about 14 when I started to ride the 80. I wasn't very experienced but I manged to handle it. Not sure if it'll be too advanced for a newbie 10 year old though. It does have a pretty wicked powerband

cheers mate saw the ad on trademe...nice set up as you said not sure if the 10 yo could handle it..too much power perhaps? I guess I am also looking at approx $1000 as well..good luck with the sale...let me know how you get on
