Interesting, the deal is location based. I don't see it from US/ Canada. If i use a VPN connection to Aus or NZ the deal shows up

Um - dafuq? You can't watch live, and OnDemand isn't available until 7 days after the race?! That's not as cool as the GP videopass, not even close. I've sent them an enquiry to clarify ...

Paid me money last night....... I didnt see that. What a crock of shit! Thats bollocks! So its not on demand at all. It is in fact 'viewing when your allowed'.

According to MotoMatters (http://www.motomatters.com/news/2014/02/14/world_superbike_online_video_pass_to_cos.html)the type of video pass you get depends on your location. Therefore in Aus/NZ you have the cheaper 24 euro pass available but it only airs the races 7 days after. Probably because they have a deal with Skyy to air the races live.

Use Google Chrome and install "Hola Better internet" to set up an account from overseas

or get a racingfor.me account - if you can get an invite from someone :)

Well, Tail end charlie is right. They replied:

In New Zealand, the video pass will give access to the races on demand 7 days after they took place. There is no live coverage.

It's something that cannot be changed, at least this year.

You will be able to view them live on SKT TV.

So, SKY can screw me over even when I'm not their customer. That's impressive.

Weird though, because I'm using an American VPN (for Netflix), so I don't know how SBK figured out that I'm in NZ.

Anyway, I don't see that we have a choice - 7 days later is the best / only option, other than SKY.

Make sure you untick the Auto-renewal

top left, the red button that has your login -> Your Videopass -> untick the box

Stink eh!!!
Gotta read the fine print........................

Anyway, its no different than going to a pub on monday night, seeing a hot chick, but going home alone. Then getting a knock on ya door on Saturday night by the same hot chick, asking you to do unspeakable acts to her.......
You still get her in the end.....(pun intended)

What a lot of bullshit. Thanks for that, I was just about to part with some of my cash. I'll just download races illicitly and watch them immediately on demand.

Also just found out the hard way, logged on to have a rant but you guys got to it first, its bullshit. And they are dicks about it, if they can tell your in nz when you go to watch a video, they can tell when you sign up.

They have confiormed with me that they will broadcast all of the races via the site albeit 7 days late plus the superstock 600 and 1000 when they run. its 40 nzd for a week late or almost 300 for sky sports and i only want to watch the racing on sky. thing with sky is that they are prone to cancelling race shows at the drop of a hat. they did it last year at literally a minute before the race started and i had stayed up til 1 am to watch it......sky sports = bastards!

although it grinds me gears how they have done it at dorna for wsbk, i ll probably stick with it but gonna have to remove all the dorna related stuff from my fb page or ill get spoilers all the time..

They would've been better off not offering the Videopass in Aus/NZ until the contract with Sky is up.

I cancelled my subscription.

thanks for the details. I also signed up and find I can't even watch the qualifying. Price was too good to be true..
I guess it will still be worth $50 (or whatever it works out at) to watch the races later on, but I know I'll have no chance of not knowing the result..

Didn't see anything in site rules about not posting links to streams so here goes:

Races are up here http://www.666-sicco.info/

Click the event and race you want and when the first screen opens which may look like a video wait for 10 seconds and then click skip ad in the top right corner to go to the race video.

He usually has them up around a week after the race.
