I took 300 round figures. (could have taken a heap more but had to head for shade at times...Faaarkin hot)... so have one or two more that are worth posting :)

so. Did you actually move from the top hairpin?
Mes prefers the inside. Some good pics to be had on the back straight dip and chicane in the middle. The tards mucho. Unfortunately my pc has gone jew. Had a mean snap of a flock of tards, lining up, leaning, leg out and coming off it.

A few more pics, Been a while since I used this camera so some are not sharp at all, I did a quick loop of the track looking for good spots and snapped a few pics while looking , set up at the hair pin for a bit then moved off to setup else where but the pin was pulled. Some are cropped and there may be some double ups but its getting late... but still wide awake...draw backs of evening rides down SH22 to Waingaro...

If I had time to spare I would play with the lighting as plenty need it, Some spots I was looking forward to zooming in on the action but Damn it I didn't get beck while they were still racing, next time :)

Just a basic Canon EOS450 with Tamron 18-270 lens, would love to get a new high spec one :D

Fantastic to see Eric Bone (Kawasaki H2 number 23) still out riding. By my reckoning he must be in his 70s and still competes regularly. Outstanding.

Same with Bob Grover. He's been retirement age for longer than I've been racing but he's still out there doing it. Has to use rollers to start the bike and has a stool that he stands on to get onto the bike but he's still going.

Great pics!

A couple of them are showing motion blur. It was a very bright day so that could be eliminated by manually selecting a high shutter speed (shuttle priority on that camera). If I'm telling your how to suck eggs then just tell me to feck off.

Some of those are also full zoom and heavily cropped ... was set with a faster shutter speed but some were taken when I knocked the settings....The wife's camera totally different to my old 20D and I often knock the settings.... But then its half the weight so better to take riding!
