Got some bike pants i have never worn because well im a short as and the damn legs are to long so i have to pull them upto my chest with jacket zipped up to avoid looking like an idiot which is not comfortable does anyone know a good place that can alter the pants to fit in hamilton

as a noun, yes. Officer then being a title or proper noun, also should is.
