nothing says winner like a personalised plate.
At 2.5 its a bargain to show other motorists just how cool you really are!

Obviously you guys aren't getting this auction...:brick:

I picture this plate going to someone in the market for something like this: http://www.trademe.co.nz/motors/motorbikes/motorbikes/tourers/auction-700650275.htm
or this: http://www.trademe.co.nz/motors/motorbikes/motorbikes/tourers/auction-695508807.htm
or even this: http://www.trademe.co.nz/motors/motorbikes/motorbikes/tourers/auction-572266166.htm

When you are spending $35-45k on a bike you just want that little finishing touch to impress the Mrs... like a cool plate for a mere $2500 . Obviously I'm pitching this to the wrong crowd :oi-grr:

You could read it as GO RUP I guess and put it on a two stroke scooter that goes rup-rup-rup...:scooter:
Or you could take the 2 as a Z and read it GOZ UP and put it on something that is about to catch fire or explode like a BMW maybe :dodge:. Or you could read it as GO 2 UP which is how I read it as a general encouragement to use your motorcycle as a happy conveyancing device for yourself and your significant other .

Wow - I should probably put the price higher .

GROUP? - then it would need to probably be on a Harley :chase:.

Or maybe GRO UP? That would mean it would be on a Busa as a subtle message to GN250's and their riders :apumpin:.

Many Mrses may get quite angry thinking their man spent that much money on a tin plate to "Impress them" too. I am sure for that money many would prefer to have him spend the money on a nice holiday.

Yeah my Mrs would probably be one of them... but some people are into this sort of thing. When I first bought the bike (with the plate already on it) I had a couple of people ask about buying the plate funnily enough. They must have gone to Ausy or something :(

What a rought!

You mean a rort?
rort
rɔːt/
noun informal
1.
AUSTRALIAN/NZ
a fraudulent or dishonest act or practice.
"a tax rort"
2.
AUSTRALIAN
a wild party.

No...:nono: it's not a rort in either sense - its selling something for what the market thinks its worth - I took into account the plate when I bought the bike as having possible value for later sale :niceone:
