....can edit our posts?
So, if they're not happy about what's said, they can just edit it?
Is this moral?
Unless there is another Lena onsite, or you guys are taking the piss:psst: .... there is no party at my place this Saturday and that post has been edited.

Nah mate, it was a line from my post in the 2004 bit that someone went off half cocked and saw fit to change.
I'm not too fussed because it's no big deal. I was just surprised our posts could be edited and changed that easily by others.

I was a bit confused as I started the Happy Birthday thread this morning, then I looked later and it had been merged with the one from last year.

Wouldnt that be objectionable material?Twas just joking with ya Glen, you're not that objectionable!
However, the pic of the Trashman with lipstick and mascara on that time was most distressing!

Hmm... what about mods doing this - getting voted something for flame warrior and changing it back down to 8 votes in a few minutes....
I think the mods need to be reviewed eh.... some aren't 'fit' for the job.
edit: and yes this has happened multiple times... :wait:

Get it through your head. You only get one vote per Flame warrior. If you vote for someone in one then vote for someone else in the same one then it takes your first vote and gives it to the second. So when you and John voted for Jaywidda150 your two vote went from me to him.
Simple enough for you to understand?

You have already voted for this member.
Havent been on the vbulletin mods site lately but I was positive you were given 1 vote and one nomination per "warrior"

Problem is that this happened again and we did not change our votes. I'm sure everyone loved seeing the target nom as well.... so just makes me think something is 'up'.

The said post that was edited was to do with what I thought was incorrect information .... I thought I had checked the date properly but I obviously hadn't checked the year properly. All I can say now is that I will check dates more carefully.
It was an honest mistake no need to drag it through the bush backwards.

Votes also expire after a certain amount of time. Also perhaps a few other decided to vote for someone else the second time it happend. Dont get upset and try to accuse e of stuff I am not doing just becouse as soon as I notice My avatar has changed I change it back.
I can't change the votes in the flame warrior and even if I could I wouldn't. It wouldn't be fair.

i dont really care if mods change anything they are there to serve a purpose, and generally they are needed on most forums.

Hmm, no mention that Mods can decide where to put a thread, say info on a new bike gets posted in "General Biker" forum, cause it may be of interest to everyone, but then later gets moved to the "Sportsbike and Tourer" forum. So maybe you don't always check that forum out but could still be interested in new bike releases, where would you rather have the info in the "Sportsbike" section or the "General Biking" forum?
Oh yeah, then you get the red rep from a mod cause you posted in the wrong forum.... :nono: :wait: :oi-grr: :violin:
