ummm....the best performance upgrades for a xr200 would be a xr250...the whole bike. look around they're alot cheaper than they used to be second hand

With a Wiseco piston and cam,the header pipe one size up and correct length with a bigger carb they will shit on an XR250,the early ones have longer suspension.Being lighter than the 250 they can be ridden much harder....but that's the trouble,with those mods they lose bottom end power and you have to cane the tits off them everywhere - that's fun if you have those conditions to ride in.
