Wilkinson said no-one in the family condoned speeding, but the fines seemed "a bit harsh".

Two were for son Kris, 21, two for daughter Stephanie, 22, and one for Miles Philpott in wife Donna Wilkinson's car.

They should have got a 10 trip family ticket. It's a 10% discount and usable at road side stops and speed cameras.

My guess, just showing off the immortal family... I mean they "sped" & they're all alive; propaganda machine tells us this is impossible, hence the only logical explanation is they're immortal!

It is not that hard to do when NZ has such ridiculously tight enforcement policies. They were probably going with the flow of traffic and got pinged along with all other vehicles in the line. Buggar all to do with safety, a big fat money grab is all it is.

I got 3 in a week back in the 80's

2 speeding,
1 no helmet.

All from the same bloody cop. I disputed ( and got off one of the speeding tickets ) as I claimed he was deliberately targeting me. The bastard just lived up the street and knew who I was.

I see last week there was an article about somebody who was run over. The recommendations from the coroner were interesting... apparently we need to amend the road rules so that using high beam is enforced, and cars have their lights checked properly... but nothing about drunk fuck wits lying in the middle of the road pissed being discouraged from drinking themselves into such a stupor. One less wank stain for the gene pool I say.

"Had Mr Mascelle been travelling on high beam, it is possible that this fatal accident might have been avoided," the findings said.

Counsel for police Philip Crayton said it was clear the dangers of driving on dipped headlights on roads, particularly on rural roads during the hours of darkness, needed to be brought to the attention of New Zealand drivers.Philip Crayton is obviously some special sort of fuck wit... I hope he gets so pissed he doesn't know where he is, and run over next... be a shame if he bred.

The coroner is another useless wanker... the real problem, he gives not a fuck about that...

It is not known how he came to be lying on the road, Coroner Gary Evans said in findings released today.
