Doesn't necessarily follow that a biker doing dumb shit in traffic has been riding for a very long time. In fact, I'd go so far as to say that he's probably under 30 and is one of those who will keep our ACC levies in the stratosphere and our reputation in the gutter. (What is it they say? "There's old riders and bold riders ... but no old, bold riders")
