hi guys, there is a bike on TM that I am kind of interested in, yip its an older bike and I would be moving backwards a bit in age of my bikes. but I am really diggin this bike, from the videos and such I have seen.
does anyone have any personal experience on these they could share please.
TIA
Prob a good collectible and rideable bike. Getting rare now but i guess a quick search of ebay should give you a good heads up. Definitely a better option than the bog std boring K100.
They were the shit when they came out.
Edit, changed to K100

I don't think they were ever common. A bit less practical than a K100RS but more distinctive. Mechanically I think they were the same as the K100 so any user sites for those bikes should tell you what you need to know.
It was a long time ago but I liked my K100RS way back when. They steered like a super tanker and you had to think ahead when using the brakes, but they were a great bike for covering big distances.

From memory I think they were more highly tuned. I stripped and rebuilt the front end on one and had to replace the ecu as well which was a bonus as the only one we could find second hand was a chipped one. Owner was well happy!
