$500 seems reasonable to me. I have a powerbuilt three drawer cabinet and a tool box already so this will stack on top - plus the colours will mostly match (the colour of my eyes obviously).
Price seems right too but I am throwing it open to the KB massive to recommend other/better options.
I got this just recently from Bunnings: http://www.bunnings.co.nz/9-drawer-tool-chest-_p00187879
Quite impressed with it and having the cupboard is really handy for those random shaped things. Slides appear good quality. Wheels are braked as well. Feels well put together. Colour is better in person - deeper blue than that.

When you see/touch it, if you have to wonder what would happen if you stood on it and jumped up and down, it's not for you. If you think your car would win in a car/roll cab collision, it's not for you. If you think it would dent if you get shitty and boot it, rather than your toe breaking, then it's not for you.
If you'd wager it would be still standing after a bomb strike, then yep you've found your roll cab. Tools are bloody heavy, you're going to fill it with some. Then you're going to stack a stacker and a top box, both full of tools, on top of it. The cheap ones start to warp, and then they're just land fill. If price is anything to go by, you should be fine. Powerbuilt are supported locally, so that's a plus... but really, buy so the warranty isn't ever going to be required.
