Hi All,
Have just joined the forum and am introducing myself. Born again biker after departure of kids and arrival of enough moolah to buy a nice bike.
Have had a lot of fun buying one and now trying to remember how to ride it. Hoping to find that out before I add to the statistics of ex born again bikers.
Bikes seem to be a lot more complicated these days. When I left you could actually look through the engine and see what sort of day it was on the other side. There now appears to be a lot of metal and plastic where there was once just places oil dripped from. And it feels more like a small car with two wheels missing than the gutless wonders I used to ride
Anyway, you all seem like the typically friendly witty and wierd people I have met on other forums, so looking forward to your comments (and of course the occasional fart icon)
If anyone has any links to some workshop manual type info for the bike, I'd be grateful. I have the dinky little book that came with the bike, but this thing looks so complicated there must be seven volume tome for it somewhere.
