G'day guys!

Could anybody kindly share some wisdom with regard to new Brake Pads? I'd like to know of good quality brands, and where I could source these from.
I'm new to riding, and would appreciate any suggestion of where I can get good parts from.

Cheers

Very hard to go wrong with OEM ones from Kawasaki.

This.

Actually, pretty hard to go wrong with any brake pads on such a slow machine. I used $6 brake pads in equally slovenly bikes and they did fine.

Yep lot of the OEM ones are great.
Only have EBC ones in my bikes as the local Suzuki shop isn't getting my money...

I love the smell of burning fluffy animals and greenpeace fury. I rub cats on the road for fun.

10 years ago we were looking at buying brake pads directly from China. Want your logo on the back, no problem sir. Want any particular grading/rating marking on the back, no problem sir.

One very large supplier in New Zealand did just that; they had to dump the lot for whatever they could get, too many complaints about dust and noise.

Buy them off Ebay. You'll pay 50% less and get the same pads you'll buy from a NZ shop.

Last time I changed pads I bought them off of a Honda dealer to only receive aftermarket ones that I had seen on Ebay anyway..
