Thanks Grem, as I know what parts braking on motorbikes can do to a persons life my 07 crash and was not totally aware of what model this was about. NZ can be rather slow on releasing recalls, better safe than sorry eh

You'd hope that certain parts of the bike brake, like the brakes. Otherwise you'd be fucked.

Yeah, I really like it when my brakes brake.

As long as it only happens when I ask it to, via the handles and pedals.

BMW are a little slow with recalls USA ,Canada and I think UK are having recalls on BMW's with leaking fuel before they catch Fire.

BMW probably haven't sold many 2014 1200RTs in NZ, they could probably ring them all up. Or convene a meeting in a phone box? :whistle:

Yeah my sister in the states finally got her fuel pump replaced under warranty 2 wks back for an 07 RT.
