I built one, like Tony Stark did....with a bunch of scrap on the cheap (or along that line).
With sag set up properly, what to do with the front suspension diving like that under braking? (watch around 00:40 mark in the video)

Man I was going to slag it off, but that's cool. I don't like your chances of the Mrs being remotely interested though ..... better chance of her agreeing to anal than watching suspension data. Chicks eh????

Which Arduino board did you use?? Got the code??

Uno, the cheapest one. The code is nothing fancy at all. Create a file. Read the sensor every x ms, write to same file every y seconds. Pretty pleasant experience for first time handling an arduino.

Yeah, that's where I started... except a sample every 10 or so metres at 200km/hr isn't useful for anything :-/ Next thing to do is to strip the SD Card library down so that you're just streaming and flushing when you need to. Once you've done that (I assume you're still using ASCII data), start streaming it as two byte values or similar.
