Cost of re registering a bike

Hi , just trying to get an idea of costs to re register a bike . Just need to know wether its worth buying a de reg bike .

I recently re registered my '77 TS 185- $150 for re-vin and wof, $50 for new plates and minimum 6 mnth rego, so cost me approx $450.

Recently did my '71 A7, almost exactly the same costs as trapster66. Initial rego will be more for a newer bike, and possibly so will the inspection as the requirements are different.
