This bike has not been used for a few years and is not currently running.
I spent $750 on the carby and it still wouldn't work.
Currently the rego is on hold and other than the carboy issue its in okay condition, couple of scratches (not by me).
All offers considered, but was hoping for at least $1/CC

Hi, looks like a few interested people. All good, the bloody thing was great to ride, but I prefer my Landrover.
This is not a scam Mike, just me wanting to clear my driveway of no-longer used machinations.
Without starting some bidding war, I go thru the pm's and see who takes it first. Cheers

NO idea, the seller has not been online since the 22nd at 10pm. He has either sold it privetly and can't be bothered letting us know or he can't be bothered selling it all. A shame as I would like to have bought it.

To be fair it was awayatc's to buy and you were well down the list. You've gotta be in first in my book.

Anyone stop for a nano-second to think that the OP might not be able to PM, being such a n00b?

Twits.

Hi all,
Thanks for the interest, quickest, best sale I've ever done....
Apparently I'm not allowed to PM, too far down the totem pole.
The bike has gone to AWAYATC, (first in first sold).

Early bird got the wurm............

Phil rang me (can't PM on KB) and I bought the Pegaso.
Everything went very easy, amicably and smooth.
just a bit tricky and slow with me being away at sea......
Had one of those before, very nice to ride.
Nice little project for when I get home again.

Update....
bike had been sitting idle for quite a while....
I completely pulled it apart, and cleaned, sanded, repainted almost everything.
new bearings/ grease etc. New handlebars.
new sparkplug/airfilter/ chain and sprockets/ brakepads and brake fluids/oil and filter.
most of electronics needed love..(broken wires etc)
Carbs were very obviously pulled of more then a few times.
pegaso has huge airbox positioned in such a way that its very hard to get carbs of.
to remove airbox is very elaborate as well. ( need to remove subframe and exhaust etc.)
I modified airbox so taking of carbs is a breeze now.
new rubbers in carbs plus good clean and bike running sweet again.
Forgot how nimble and easy the little pegaso is to ride around town after being used to Harley and beemer.
As a daily urban commuter something like pegaso is very hard to beat...
fun and very easy to detour all day long.......
