Looking for bike for girlfriend

Hey all,
my girlfriend's looking at getting her licence so we're trying to find a nice small bike for her. Preferably a cruiser type with a pretty low seat or at least something that's comfortable to learn on. Mostly looking at over 200cc but would consider a smaller bike if it's in nice condition. We have $1500 to spend, and if anyone has a bike for sale, or knows of anyone or anywhere, any help would be appreciated.
