We are staying at a motel on left hand side of road about 250m before shops and bars at San Ramon, will send you more details and yous can call in on your way past on Thursday. We are flying into Sydney on 10th and out of Melb on 20th. Did you follow my Nth American ride on a DR650. Planned on riding 16,000 miles and done 27,000 miles. The only way to describe Sturgis was take a town of 8,000 people, add 500,000 motorbikes mostly Harleys and 800,000 people and that is Bike Week. I have just put the pics of first 2 weeks on www.advrider.com in Ride Reports under Kiwi Heading to Alaska. Check them out and I will get more on there soon . Say hi to Hamish from us. Cheers Toddy

Maybe black to, I was offered a black monster to use in Hollywood but reluctantly turned it down as I was flying home the next day. Neat little bike with great riding position for around town. Harry who I stayed with had 5 bikes in his garage. No room to get the car in. DR350 , XR600, Ducati Monster, BMW1150GS and another one I forgot what it was. All were underutilized in a beautiful climate. Cheers Toddy
