Professor of Epidemiology at Auckland Medical School. He claims a special interest in road traffic injury epidemiology; and has published a number of papers about motorcycle road accident and injury (Sort of a NZ Prof Hurt ?)

In retrospec, these are probably non riders, but they give you the stats and methods of how they worked everything out, and given the nature of their work they are very likely to be non biased in everything but the conclusion and introduction.
