Go for a walk, run or some other type of exercise. You'll prob spew / feel like crap when you 1st start, but it'll be better after that.
Drink heaps of water as well. The only thing coke'll do is make you want more coke.

Drink a good size bloody mary.... (and if you can't handle the alcohold today then leave out the vodca)
If that sounds like no good then barricade yourself with lots of liquid and salty snaks and a couple of old Jackie chan movies

Now my friend, that sounds like some advice coming from experience. :hitcher:

stir half a teaspoon of yeast into a glass of water and drink it. the yeast is high in vitamin b, and you need the water to re-hydrate.

1) Get rid of the pain (panadol or similar as has been suggested)
2) Get rid of the source of the pain
Dehydration - drink water, and or Gatorade (or similar). Put a pinch of salt and a pinch of suger in the water... needs to be about 2 litres in total... drunk over the course of a morning ideally...
The pinch of salt and picnh of sugar thing comes from the "New Scientist" Q&A section when someone asked "Scientifically, what's the best prevention/cure for a hangover"
Lack of sleep? Sleep!
3) Next time you get trashed, drink a litre of water BEFORE you go to sleep. You'll wake up bursting for a pee, but be considerably more functional the next day
4) Don't do it again - without inviting all your friends...

couple of litres of water, some orange fanta, and if I'm feeling chunderous a glass of water before I start the "cure" process. You'll either throw up or it will settle your stomach. Either way you'll feel better.

even thou im too late.
from the seasoned KB alcho
you want some good fats IE raw nuts or fish
medium amounts of water, too much you throw it up
1 or 2 beers
2 panadol every 2 hours
you will have a great time for the first 4 hours or so then have some real food. I recommend something decent NOT mc'ds or BK. if you can get some cheap takeaway roast or even real roast thats great otherwise pasta.
too much fatty stuff makes you feel off.
a real 3 course meal makes you feel so much whole again, but if you do it too soon your fucked

charlie papazian, the complete joy of homebrewing. appendix 4.
"Brewers yeast is one of the richest and most complete sources of the vitamin B complex."
"It is a know fact that alcohol consumption depletes our body of the vitamin B complex (B complex refers to all of the B vitamins). the vitamin B complex is important for the metabolism of fats, carbohydrates and protein."..blah blah..."
feel shakey? lack of blood sugar reaching your brain. feel dehydrated? vitamin b helps maintain fluid levels in our bodies.
Yeast produces alcohol. when we consume alchohol it destroys our body's store of the vitamin b complex. the yeast that made the alcohol that depletes the vitamin b complex replenishes the vitamin b complex. --- magic eh.
you nknow you could just take a shower have a couple of vitamin pills and eat a light breakfast and you'll be feeling better.

Painkillers after a night on the piss is just fucking your liver.
I use take a lot of methylated compounds (shit your liver can't break down), and one of the better liver aids i took, was Milk Thistle.
Drink lots of water, take a multivitamin, and Milk thistle for your liver.
