300450An original 1979 Honda XR200.
Very original condition.
Has all original equipment, bash plate, head light, tool pouch, speedo, side covers (rhs a bit shagged but could repair) etc. tail light fell off last trip to the Sandpit.
Starts easily even after sitting unused for 6 months or more, doesn't smoke, not too rattlly, good compression. Don't think the motors ever been apart, just had oil changes and valve clearances down.
Km's are approx. (I'll check speedo and update).
Has been used for about 10 hours in the last 10 years, 3 of those on the road commuting (using the plate off another bike).
Newish tyres, sprockets and chain are fine.
Great bike, ready to use, has never let me down, did about 2.5 hours at Woodhill a few weeks back and it ran like a dream.
Only selling as I've got too many bikes and recently upgraded my trail bike and can't see this one ever being used, and the garage is looking too much like a museum.
