Hi KBers

I am looking to use my VFR400 NC24 in pre 89' racing this summer. As you may or may not know due to the odd sizes of the VFR400 these are really the only two options to run with (as far as I know of) short of doing a wheel conversion.

Has anyone raced on either of these tyres and can give me an opinion on which would be best for the track? I ran Sport Demons on my Hyosung 250 in the past and found them adequate, just wondering if either is better suited for track conditions. I'm not looking to set the world on fire with lap times, but want a tyre that I can be comfortable with while I'm learning my trade.

Cheers

Can't go wrong with either. BT45s are pretty good in the wet!

Cheers for the linkage, did a search but didn't find that, guess I didn't look hard enough.

Seems like the racers I talk to prefer the 45s, might have to shell our for a pair, pretty cheap tyre though so good news :)

I like the sport demons on my pre82 bike, think there same sort of performance to the BT45s. The demons griped well in the wet

Demons if the bike has skinny tyres, BT45's if the bike has fat tyres.

I once ran Demon front and BT back on a ZXR400.......was actually a great combo.
