There is a Round there on the weekend of the 10th-11th January, part of the North Island Series, and they have a B-Grade for anyone interested in riding. Just need to make sure your bike is properly fitted with "crash bungs" for track protection.
We would love to get there too, but it is a hectic couple of months coming up for us, maybe November could work if got organised.
Tokoroa is another one not too far off the beaten track either, it will be part of the North Island series too.

I am a little confused by your post, but I think what you are wanting to know is if there is anyone in Taumaranui to talk to about racing buckets at the Track?
The best people to talk to would be Steve and Ellen (user name Shelracing on here). They are the only locals that I am aware that have bikes. As I understand I sont think there is much that regulary happens sowwn there, but Steve or Ellen would know better than me.
We are generally down in Taumaranui once a year for the NI serries as Seymor said.
What sort of bike do you have?
