Given the camera angle; I wonder if he's talking while still having his helmet on. Which won't help his case.

If he has insurance, then he should take the rego of the other party; get a police report which you can get by going to the police station after the fact and let the insurance sort it out.

If he doesn't have insurance, then it's going to be a bit harder and take longer time.

Either way I don't see the point of being all angry and whinging in front of a police station.

All I'm going to say is this:

It's remarkable how proactive and quick to act the police are when it is something they can garner revenue (ie Fines) from compared to how sluggishly slow they appear to act when it isn't.

Not saying the guy with the Camera is in the right - but fuck if I had just been knocked off my bike and the officer that attended did IMO a half arsed job - I'd be pretty fucking livid at the police too!

I find it dumb he was saying that he hadn't been told what to do re: his complaint. He had been, he just didn't like the answer (go to the IPCA).

He should have asked more pointed questions about why they refused to give him investigating officer's details though. What grounds etc.

Bit of a Fail to have issues with the service then go nut off knowing that's going to divert more officers away from getting stuff done and slowing the system for everyone.
Prob thinks the bike shops should service his bikes ahead of all the others in que too. Its pretty common knowledge these days that once and event status is not an immediate threat to life right now that it gets dealt with in a few more days time.
