Its silly season again in Europe and I have heard/read a couple of time Kawasaki is sick of KTM's total domination of MXGP and has decided to bring in their big gun to take Mr Cairolli off the top spot.
I hope its true, I stopped watching MXGP a long time ago, there are only so many seasons of Cairolli and Herlings winning even the most ardent orange fan can take.

It's been rumoured for a while and seems to be true, rv s knee was worse and he would not be readying or the start of super cross, and he had another year left on his kawi/monster contract, seems he will serve it out in Europe and then retire
Rv vs cairolli will be awesome

Indeed, I just hope they can talk RV into two years in Europe, I'd love to see Herlings in the mix & for RV to retire happy.

Yeah RV vs Cairolli is almost an Everts vs Carmichael match, definitely would have me back watching.

Will be interesting to see how he goes, the GP's are a lot closer then many realize with lap times of the top 15 within 3 seconds of the leader on dirt tracks. Sands a whole different league with the sand specialists eg Natzke got 3rd overall at Locket then went to Lommel just inside the top 15.

I was already booked in to see an MXGP next year so this is pretty much hitting the jackpot

All we have to hope now is that neither get injured, so we can have a battle royale between AC222 and RV2!

:) Yeah wrong Mr V. I'd love it, but very unlikely he'd be campaigning on a 2T anytime soon.

they built him trick kx250 with some left over factory parts a couple of years ago, but since he likes to win, and his main sponsor only makes four strokes, he will be four stroke based for the rest of his career
