Hey Guys/Girls,
Name is Ciarán (Ron) gonna be heading your way in the next few weeks, so thought id sign up here before hand to get a bit of a feel for the place.
been riding for about 3 years and cant wait to see NZ on 2 wheels, I toured around a bit there a few years ago and all i kept thinking was "i wish i was on 2 wheels"
If you have any tips on where to pick up cheap gear, second hand bikes, good routes or anything to help along the way would be much appreciated :niceone:

Iv had the pleasure of being a member of 2 biker forums here in Ireland ( biker.ie and irishbikerforum.com) and if any of ye are planning a trip over this way, i would highly recommend signing up and checking them out. lads will go out of their way to help you out if your over.

For gear you may be best buying before you head over - much better variety & usually better prices in Europe. Have fun!
