Hey guys, my bike is due for a top end rebuild (06 kdx 200), had a bit of a look around on trademe, and see there is a crowd selling "woosner" piston kits, they seem reasonably priced. Any feedback on these?

Wosner get a good rap.
When I last did a kdx top end it worked out pretty good getting a forged wiseco from the states. I used ebay- honda east toledo and got the 66.00mm piston, small end bearing and top end gasket set. Have my receipt here $135.00 plus $91.00 delivery.

For that much I would go with the Wiseco.
Mine seems fine currently. May do a top end next winter.
Along with a RB carb. Maybe a RB head to......

Just had a very quick look on ebay and I saw the piston for $107 and delivery $30 so some good deals there.
I was tempted by the whole RB thing but it seemed he couldn't be bothered dealing outside the US.

I currently live in the states Connecticut to be exact for another year ( then back to NZ) if you cant find anyone willing to send overseas happy for yah to send here and ill send for what ever it costs. shouldnt cost any extra most places on ebay send within the states for free.

Thanks for the help guys, just jumped on ebay and bought a kit from honda east toledo.
Another question. I need a couple of new radiators, are the aftermarket chinese ones any good or am I better off to get some oem radiators?

My Husky wr250 has a mikuni tmx which is a bit tricky to jet compared the keihin . After a bit of research I discovered its a common problem with three avenues open to me.
-a JD Jetting kit
-fit a keihin pwk
-fit a lectron
I chose the jd kit(tightass) which has transformed the bike but by all accounts the lectrons are truly amazing.

Woosner stuff pedalled by MX parts in Auckland on TM. They are nice kit and have a good rep. I've used a couple and would buy more. They look a lovely forging. Cheap for what you get. Chap knows his stuff too, ex reconditioner. Wiseco have gotten a lot better from the old days, been pretty good for 20 years.
