I am an old Triumph rider from way back. I am looking for a 1969, 1970 Triumph Bonneville that needs restoring. Any condition considered,as long as most parts are there. May be male menopause, but I am busting my gut trying to find a project Trumpy. Anyone out there know of one, I would sure appreciate it

Sigh - I'm sure you are aware that those are very desireable years and the price is going to be 'alarming'... I would recommend joining the TOMCC and placing an add on their website/magazine but again its NOT going to be cheap.
Prices are softening for some models but even the worst heap will cost a motza and by the time you are done it will be ridiculous.
Loads of fun though.....

Yeah I know, but heh, ya cant take it with you eh! Shit, if I chuck Sky TV, theres a hundy a month for a start, and way more fun than watching 98% of the utter crap on Sky. Nice tea, out to the shed for a few hours of sanding, painting, and re-creating my youth. Back inside, cuppa, and if she's lucky, maybe a bit of lovin. And you say not cheap!
Thanks for the advice, will check out TOMCC.

I've been looking for a T160 Trident for a while and have had no luck yet.
Good ones are very pricy for sure and even a doer upper is a good dollar.
The trident was one of the ones i didn't own in my younger days but a mate had one and i always wanted one, so here i am!:done:

Don't know about the NI, but the SI is just starting the vintage Clubs swap meet season. You never know what turns up at those.
