Hey all.
I have a tc 185 that I brought a while back. My hope is to get her back on the road. She had a nice hole in the piston an oil leaking from everywhere ha ha. Have fixed all that, and finally got the charging circuit sorted. next in the list is getting reg an wof sorted. it has plates an was reg back in 2012. But the plates will be dead seeing as the reg was 2012? from what I can tell I will have to take it into vtnz for a re reg. Problem is on there site they say I have to have paperwork showing it has had a nz wof. Also proof of purchase which I can just get the guy that sold it to me to write and sign a letter that says he sold it to me? The nz wof thing gets me though, im positive the person that had it last doesn't have wof papers for it. an it doesn't have a old wof sticker on it, but dose still have the 2012 reg card. my thinking is if it had a reg back in 2012 it must have had wof. will vtnz see it this way?
