Seems that the new shop in whangarei, Northland Powersports, is the first to be stocking these bikes? They have an RX in stock so must also have access to the SX and very soon there will be the AX available as well. Well done them. 30k tho!

Nice.
Assume the prices are USD and the interest rate deals don't apply here either.
That seems to make 30k a very inflated deal price wise.
Only 5 more for a supercharged kwaka. Just saying.
But yes I would like one and could even be interested if changing bikes was on the cards if the price was more 22-24k area.

These guys: http://www.cleanmotorcycles.co.nz/ have had RX1190s on the floor for six months, SX due in a couple of weeks.

Yeah, the usual "NZ mark-ups" apply, but I guess if you ask what they're competing against and what they cost things become a little less fraught.
The other way to make the pain go away is to measure your dollars against available torque. It's formidable.
The Kwaka? Isn't a viable road bike for me, and even if it was I wouldn't be able to get my hands on what will be a very limited supply.

Yep, expensive compared to US price. I guess if you wanted to jump thru the importing hoops it should be cheaper to fly over and buy one there. Or 2 to make it worthwhile?

I only looked on trademe so didn't show any others. I would be interested in the AX only at this stage as I do a lot of 2 up. Miss my 1125 but my wife doesnt!
